Sushi Tei Cilandak Town Square — Restaurant in Jakarta

The overall food quality is okay. My only complaint is on the service. The food took quite a long time to arrive compared to other branch of Sushi Tei. The service from the waiters was also bad as most of them looked overwhelmed. I think they are understaffed looking at the numbers of customers coming in and out from the restaurant. Waiter got my order wrong even when I pointed at the pictures on the physical menu and confirmed the items with her. Food took a long time to arrive, and it wasn’t even accurate. Then I had to wait even longer for the correct order to arrive. Unreliable and possibly outdated payment machines. I went to Sushi Tei for Solo-Dinner after iftar. I ordered salad, salmon mentai sushi and negitoro. The octopus from the salad was slimy. Salmon mentai was okay. But the negitoro caught me!!
