Sushi tei was the budget sushi restaurant with it's trademark long queue for all the foodies craving for delicious sushi at an affordable price. This place is the first time i ever ate sushi for the first time (The PIM branch to be more precise) and have became a benchmark for me to grade any other sushi restos out there.
Although prices are creeping up steadily by the year, but hey, everything is becoming more and more expensive nowadays! So the price is still worth it for the quality they offer, especially for the free flow ocha, which the tea is very dilluted and it tastes more like plain water 😂 but it's free, and i have zero complaints!
My usual order here is salmon sushi, salmon spicy roll, crispy roll, tamagoyaki (for the kids), the half baked salmon sushi (i forgot the japanese name), and some non sushi menus like the cold tenzaru soba (my fav), kinoko sakamushi, nabeyaki udon (which should be called "bucket udon" btw because of the sheer amount of bowl and portion served), and if i have an adventurous soul, i'll try some of their seasonal dishes out of the main menu.

Read moreSushi Tei at kokas is always on high demand everyday even at this restricted time. There is always a long waiting list before you. Do not come 2 hours before the closing time. Always plan ahead, if you want to eat at 4 pm, come at 2 pm, because there is a possibility that the seats are full unless you put your name on the waiting list, leave your number and wait for them to contact you.
Sushi Tei applies covid safety protocol, so it should be safe. Each cust will be given a small sticker, too.
About the menu, they are all tasty and fresh. I always have salmon maki, salmon sashimi, and other salmon rolls offered on the menu. Other japanese cuisine other than sushi are also provided. Hot and cold Ocha (green tea) are refillable. The waiters are friendly, and helpful. Wet towel and candies are provided.
I really like the decoration and seating arrangement here. I will reccomend to come not more than 2, because the seats and space are really limited to keep social distancing protocol, so please be mindful.
Oh, I just wish they provide a smoking room, someday maybe ☺. Or even better with tatami room. Shoes off!!
I always want to come back and eat here, Very...

So waiter back after 30 min & said it's ready , also discount promotion of CC they should say it's voucher promotion .
