I ordered chicken lemon sauce, sadly I found a strand of hair in my chicken. I told the waitress, but she served me unkindly and she didnโ€™t offer to replace it. She leave my table and maybe about 3 minutes later, she go back to my table and ask : do you want the dish to be relaced?

Is something like that should be their SOP?

Hopefully in the future they can have a...
