Toko Kopi TUKU - Kelapa Gading — Restaurant in Jakarta

Visited Toko Kopi Tuku after having lunch in Kelapa Gading area. I visited them during lunch hour on friday and note for you guys, they're closing their shop from 12pm till 12.45pm for preparation. Kinda disappointed with the system since there's no staff whom make sure the queue is accordingly to the visit time (there's customers whom already saw the queue of customers that come first but at 12.45pm goes directly to cashier and get their coffee first, so yes it's disappointing). As usual, I ordered their most favorite menu which is Es Kopi Susu Tetangga. This menu is basically a glass of iced coffee milk with brown sugar. Unlike their outlet in Blok M, this outlet already premade the coffee so taste wise it's way below the one in Blok M. Came here because—let’s be honest—what else is the best coffee to-go if not Tuku? The coffee tasted nice (as expected), and the staff was friendly and polite. One thing I appreciated was how organized the front area was — there was even a security guard helping manage the queue and welcoming customers at the door, which was a nice touch.

However, one downside was that the queue for walk-in customers and online delivery drivers (like GoFood/Grab) was mixed together, so it felt quite crowded and a bit chaotic at times. I think it would help a lot if they separated the lines or had a clearer system to...

Great coffee with very affordable price. I always order Kopi Susu Tetangga (top notch!). They also have a selection of donuts and cakes which are surprisingly good.
