This place is quite crowd and always full if you come in the evening. The manager make the concept where you can wait in the list. You should wait untill there is some available sit.

You can choose smoke-free room or smokey room. It's very helpfull for thise who want to have a very great environment for study group. They provide free internet and you can get the password in the bill.

The food is tasty with affordable price. There are a lot of menu to try. You can get heavy food or even only a dessert. It could be junkfood and healthy food. All you need is just to choose.

There are a lot of beverages. However this cafe is wellknown fir its Gayo Coffee. This coffee is a local coffee from aceh.

If you visit this place, make sure you bring friends to get the best experience. However this place also good for single person to hangout alone and wish to share table to stranger. Who knows you will get new friend.

You can visit this place and enjoy the evening till 1AM. I am not sure, maybe for monday to thursday, this place is open from 8AM. If i were not wrong. But special for friday, this place is open from 1PM because they respect moslem who do friday prayer.

The waitress is very welcome and they serve very well. Since you sit according to the place they provided to you, you can also request to them to move to another table. But please dont forget to request so that they will know to serve. Or unless you want to be expelled.

hey just went here yesterday having a really great time with my friend in here friendly staff helpful staff and theres free spinwheel which the prize r absolutely fantastic got free ice tea we ordered sausages rice, kulit ayam domba something ,mie kinda taste like carbonara i forgot the name also the ayam rempah sausage rice was nice adding a sunnyside up would be more delicious!! nasi kulit ayam was okay but could be more better p.s sambal was great noodles r great its kinda creamy also tasty and ayam rempah its nice but could be more better !!

for the beverages we order greentea latte+++++ i love it!!! lychee yakult was soo nice ( i hope theres a lychee too )

also i order chocolate french toast which is super nice also chicken pops hehehehe!!!

theres one staff who had a great awareness to customers but im so sorry i dont even know her name 🥺💞

p.s : a little note hope you guys close the kitchen door? slowly because a few times we heared a sound that is quite big, i was okay, but its idk the others...

One of my favorite hang out spot that is near to home to just do my work when I'm bored at home and don't want to go far. The menu is just like any other upnormal store, and I think there should be an improvement about service time, as sometimes it took about 30+ minutes to get my indomie and ice tea done.

Apart from that, upnormal is a goof place to just chill a bit.

Recommendation : Sit on the sofa if available (if you're alone, maybe you can sit in the sharing table section), and as for the food, I really like their Chicken sambal matah with rice...
