Bubur Gowes — Restaurant in Java

A famous breakfast spot, especially for cyclist. I really love the taste of the porridge, it is kind of chinese porridge but have viscous consistency. What made more special, shredded chicken tasted so soft, easy to chew and blended perfectly. They have various of topping but I prefer original taste, add a fried chicken skin.

The ambiance also great! Most of visitors were cyclist, some not, don't worry. It is open for everyone if their stall named 'cyclist porridge'.

Tekstur bubur ga begitu kental, rasanya lumayan gurih. Harga disesuaikan dengan penggunaan toping, kalau buburnya aja yang biasa, harganya 15k, nah khusus untuk yang ini, saya menggunakan jamur, telur dan ati ampela sebagai topingnya. Penggunaan jamur di bubur ini sangat melengkapi rasa gurih dari buburnya itu sendiri, namun kadarnya tetap pas. Kemudian tekstur telur lembut karena masaknya ga sampai terlalu matang/membuat tekstur telur itu jadi keras, ditambah ati ampelanya juga ga keras, pokoknya semua komponen pas banget saling melengkapi, ga ada yang kurang dari segi rasa maupun teksturnya.

Karena bubur ini tidak menyediakan kerupuk, sebaiknya kalau beli ini kalian sekalian beli cakwenya, seporsinya 3k, itu cakwenya biasanya masih baru banget dimasak, artinya selain anget juga kriuk pisan, mantap :).

O ya terakhir sekedar saran, untuk kasir kedepannya agar pembayaran bisa lebih akurat lagi, make bon aja ya:) , soalnya tadi saya bayar dan kelebihan jumlahnya/ga sesuai sama harga yang tertera.... Dan...

This is one of the best porridge station in entire Bandung. A must try, believe me. Beside the porridge itself, they also sell the cakue (idk what is cakue in english) and once again trust me, from the first bite it will immediately be your best cakue in the town, especially when it is combined...
