We saw the restaurant from outside and decided to have coffee. Apparently the one we saw is a older one and there’s a newer one further inside. The one in google maps is showing their old restaurant. There’s a guy to guide you inside just in case you miss it. I was looking for good banana fritters during this trip to Bali and haven’t ate any worthy of mentioning and finally this one hit the spot.
I would actually give a 5 star rating for the fritters but I didn’t try any other food from here so I’ll adjust it later when I come back again for lunch.
Update: I returned here the next day for lunch and ordered the duck dish, bebek betutu. I must say initially I was wondering $20 for a duck dish is quite expensive but to my pleasant surprise it was an entire duck instead of the usual half duck you get if you order this dish elsewhere in Bali most of the time. The dish was very nice.
I ordered the banana fritters again but sadly this time round the banana was a bit hard and not the soft type I had earlier the previous day. But the staff gave us an additional scoop of ice-cream for returning back to the restaurant!
The place is quite new and clean. The toilet is pretty clean as well. The owner of the place came over to us and chatted with us along about the quality of food and improvements. It also seems they are planning to expand the restaurant in the future in terms of space and...
Read moreWe were on our way from Lempuyang Temple to Tirtha Ganga when we noticed a sign advertising good Indian food. Hungry and intrigued, we decided to stop by, especially since our guide was also interested in trying Indian cuisine. The menu looked promising, listing a range of familiar Indian dishes. However, to our disappointment, the food did not live up to its names.
Apart from the Daal Tadka, which tasted somewhat close to authentic Indian dal, the other dishes we tried—including Chicken Vindaloo, Chicken Madras Curry, Chicken Masala, and Naan—bore little resemblance to true Indian flavors. It was clear that the preparation didn’t match what we expected based on the menu.
I even considered talking to the chef about the recipes, hoping they might at least watch a YouTube video to get a better sense of authentic Indian cooking. Unfortunately, the chef was busy with other orders. The experience left us disappointed, feeling like we wasted our time, money, and appetite. In fact, we ended up looking for another place to eat shortly after leaving.
This restaurant should reconsider advertising itself as serving Indian cuisine unless it can match the authenticity of the dishes listed on the menu. I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone seeking genuine Indian food. We ended up wasting...

My wife and I had an amazing meal at Deloise Restaurant, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and a cozy ambiance that set the perfect mood for our dinner.
The food was absolutely delicious! Every dish was beautifully presented and packed with rich flavors. The ingredients tasted fresh, and you could tell a lot of thought went into every detail. We especially loved [mention a dish you particularly enjoyed], which was perfectly cooked and bursting with taste.
A special shoutout to our server, Widiani, who made our experience even better. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal.
Overall, Deloise Restaurant exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great dining experience. We’ll definitely be...
