The refreshing start of something special: Music, Food, Drinks, Art, Style & Vibes
The baby dragon just opened and it feels like that perfect place you did not know you needed...After 5 years of living in Amed, I must say: “Thank you”! Good music (you can actually hear well) in a beautiful and comfortable location with great food and proper drinks are things everyone can appreciate with a smile.
Just looking around the space feels like something special is brewing, and speaking of brew; if you like your beer with no sugar in it, and cocktails made with high-quality spirits, this place should be right up your alley... Don't miss out on the Mariah! ; )
Food is delicious, injecting new flavours into the local culinary scene. Highlights for me are ALL the Mezze sharing dishes with a shout-out to the “Zucchini a la Pess” a green sauce I want to put on everything I eat…Can't wait to see what other innovations will develop in this kitchen.
The baby dragon is clearly the cradle for a new music scene in Amed and I'm all for it. It's been years since I've enjoyed a live Vinyl DJ set and Im impressed by the sound quality of the different spaces... Not a common trait in Bali tbh.
Upcoming art exhibits are another revivifying feature I'm looking forward to. I have it on good authority that curation will highlight local talents, which can already be appreciated by that painted door at the venue's entrance.… Levels of excitement for whats to come are off the charts!
Keep up the good...

The cocktails are dangerously delicious – as a connoisseur of gin and tequila, The Don and Mariah were standouts, and I’m already looking forward to trying their margaritas next time! 🍹🌟 The food is equally impressive, with innovative dishes like the Mezze sharing plates and the “Zucchini a la Pess” that have truly elevated the local culinary scene.

Read moreAn unassuming entrance lined with Bali's all too magical plant-life brings you up a classy grassy walkway & to the showpiece Bamboo 'dome' and dining area of The Baby Dragon (TBD)... Now that the picture has been painted - the menu is to follow: our group enjoy varied Mezze plates, the Fish (Tuna) main and both alcoholic and mock tail bevvys to whet the whistle. Standouts were the Sun-dried Tomato plate, Falafel, Fries and the grilled Tuna as well as the Slow-cooked Lemonade with distinct notes of smoked zest (I guess 🤔🤣)...
The staff were detailed and kind. They came to check on our experience, they cleared without request and overall, the entire experience was 5-star start to finish.
This is a relatively new addition to Amed and what a treat for this still chill town to have an injection of art & culture with their own signature flavour!
Thank...
