"quiet and away from the road". There are so many misleading reviews. To be clear, this restaurant fronts the main thoroughfare. It is not quiet and anyone that says different is misleading the reader. The restaurant is new, modern, and appealing. Bob Marley was playing, if that helps set the scene. The menu is an electric mix of Thai/Balinese fusion cuisine. I ordered the Thai BBQ pork and a half order of fried calamari. The starters are priced about as much as the entries and are meant to be shared. Amazing place to eat. More variety, not only Mie/Nasi Goreng… We had crispy calamari as a starter. Good portion, very fresh and rich taste. As main course we had the BBQ Thai Style Pork. A bit unique (in a good way). Maybe portion could be a little bit more. We also had the Thai Crispy Chicken in Sweet-sour chili sauce which was absolutely delicious. 75k each is okay to me because the higher price results in way higher quality compared to warungs, and that you can taste. As dessert the baked banana with coconut icecream in condiment was also a tasteful conclusion. Staff has great finesse, pays attention to guests. Delicious food and wonderful service!! I didn’t enjoy the first drink I chose but didn’t want to complain about it, but the staff were very attentive and really wanted to make sure I enjoyed everything, so they very kindly offered me another drink instead because they noticed I wasn’t drinking the first one.
