Dining Room — Restaurant in Kecamatan Karangasem

Never ask for a delivery from that place! We just wanted to have relaxing time home with pizza, so we asked if they have delivery service. They said yes, but warned us that it would take an hour for our order to be prepared. We were ok with that, so we waited. But they postponed the delivery several time, and we were able to see our order just in 2 hour. But I rather we haven't, because delivered pizzas were so messed up with filling being separate from the base, and the courier asked for the full price! They took our time for arguing with us, because obviously we refused to pay and asked them to take pizzas back, so by the time they let us go, all other places were closed, so we were left hungry. That is a very disappointing experience that we had with that establishment. The staff didn't even try to make it better in any way. I guess that this is just the way they treat the food they serve and...

What a wonderful restaurant! We were met at the door by Sari, who was just delightful and a combination of the menu, Sari's cheerful and friendly demeanor and the ambiance of the restaurant made it easy to decide to eat there. We were not disappointed. Service was excellent, from all of the wait staff, attentive, friendly (Sari was hilarious and taught us both Baliese and Bahasa - not all of it, just some key words!). Food was top notch, menu was varied but not with being over the top with too many choices, with choices from a variety of western cuisines (including pizza) and Indonesian/Balinese. We found the staff excellent here and of course the owner Kevin is a most hospitable person. My wife's entree of Calamari was perfect and her main of Chicken curry just divine. My Garlic pizza and main Meat lovers style pizza were fine. Unfortunately Chrissies dessert was not that good but we were quickly informed no charge. Cannot complain about that.
