OVERATED. There's more minus than plus thing in this place. The service takes forever even though there's enough staff wondering around. I got served by at least 5 different staffs but still the food takes forever to arrive. First staff takes me to the table and forget to get me menu book, than staff no 2 get the menu book, staff 3 write the order and confirm that there's a sold out menu so I ask for the menu book to look at the options, but he never comeback 😑 so I have to ask staff 4, then we have to ask about update on the food regularly or they just ignore you (even with smile on their face). And when the food finally arrived it came without the cutlery so we have to ask for it and can you believe it the staff doesn't bring it right away, we have to ask another one, what a waste of time. We spend almost 2 hour just for 2 pasta. The only thing that they do right away is taking a photo when someone ask for it The pasta is salty, nothing else, and the worst is the lobster seafood ravioli. It taste fishy and not edible, nobody want a second bite after the first one. I thought this is a famous place. Is there's something wrong on the cooking staff???? Food taste not up to normal standards. Even Pancio*s much better than this. Ordered mineral water and Lemon Ice Tea, took more than 15 minutes to be served. And the restaurant is not even packed or full. Bad and poor service from the staffs.

We ordered 3 dishes: spaghetti, fettuccine, and penne. Our fettuccine came first, secondly was the penne, but the spaghetti came after more than 35 minutes, after we complaint, one of the server said many orders, I pointed at the surrounding, no one here eating the meals. Only hot tea n cakes.

When the first dish came, we saw the portion was small, so we add on Wagyu signature. The Wagyu dish came earlier than the spaghetti. When we wanted to cancel the spaghetti, they agreed but again forces us to accept it when the dish was ready.(Server quite rude, his name is Rizky) This type of approacis unacceptable. Mistakes from kitchen, the customers should not be force to accept.

Finally, before we begin ordering, they informed us that there was a promotional 50% off with minimum order of 300k, but in reality they only offered 200k discount.

As usual, I am here to order: 5/5 Cafe Cappucino 4/5 Iced Lemon 5/5 Lemon Meringue Tartlet 5/5 Strawberry Tartlet 3/5 Must Try Chocolatine - sadly, I dislike it since it is very crunchy and dirty everywhere.

It's a shame that not all of the servers here are polite; at the time, I requested the female waiter for a tissue (she had long hair and was wearing a different uniform), but the tissue never arrived. Is it difficult to provide tissues in the beginning, when the dish is served? Hmm
