Service is big zero... the staff looks so undertrained, after we ordered 5 menu, they come back and told us only 2 menu available, since we look forward the other 3 unavailable menu, we asked to cancel the order since we would like to eat somewhere else. They said it can't be canceled (incl the drinks) even when it's not even 5 minutes after ordering. They said if we cancel it they have to pay for it. We ended up did takeaway for the rest of the order. The management have to rethink the rules and training. For such price, id rather eat...

I visited on 18 Apr 22.00. The staff is not friendly than my order was served (ice lapis), i complained because the jelly is uncooked very hard, than the staff look like confused than call another friend, they changed to new drink. First the staff didn’t listen to my complaint.. they say is cooked after i complain again than they changed to a new one. And my ice tea they have a piece of dust glass & chunk. At the time, I had ordered Salted Egg Chicken, Nasi Goreng Gila, Lychee Refresher and Lychee Tea.

However, the taste differed from other branches, especially Salted Egg Chicken.
