360 Rooftop Restaurant — Restaurant in Kuta Selatan

Sadly not for us. The view...well great...but...the ceiling is low and juts out, so not much of a sky to see, even when the sunset is "performing". The Indonesian food selection seems to have been modified to suit bule taste - all very understandable - but it does mean that if one is looking for a more authentic taste then one might be disappointed. For mains I was first asking for the ravioli and was told, and I quote "sold out". This is a five-star hotel and running out of a course should not happen. By the way, we were then informed of the other items not available. I'm being picky, but the way the lack of availability being presented as "sold out" made it sound like a restaurant in a shopping mall....decor is ok, although as I mentioned the low ceiling may not be to everyone's taste and the paintwork could do with a refresh....it was also stuffy when we were there, and there are no fans...service is a little slow, eventhough the place wasn't busy....and finally, we were presented with the wrong bill. Quickly corrected and apologised for, but still....so overall not a 5 star, or even 4 star performance...

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. A special shoutout to Agus, who truly made my visit unforgettable.

I mentioned that I had Bali Belly and that my stomach couldn’t handle just anything, and he went out of his way to help me. Agus not only recommended a soup from the guest menu but also prepared a ginger, honey, and lemon tea to help restore my stomach’s balance. His kindness, attention to detail, and care were incredible!

Ps: I’d just recommend to the owners to install some good AC inside..

I recommend this place, not just for the food, but for the exceptional service as well....

The only redeeming factor is the view. Food was mediocre at best, so do not expect much, but expect a high price for it + 20% tax on top. Really dry pastas with ketchup. And the service... very weird, the lady serving us looked like she refused to understand English, I was feed up at some point and used Google translate. Also she bought a faulty POS and acted like it was our fault ALL our cards were throwing an error, after trying to tell her in english to bring another POS , I user translate and she comply and of course there was no issue with our cards. This was a terrible experience on a lot of money, all we got...
