Stumbled onto this restaurant on google reviews, and was excited to try it out. The interior was really nice and the staff was welcoming. We got our menus and started looking at the prices and saw that they were quite high compared to other great restaurants. We didnt get too turned off by that but we decided to order some drinks, we had specifically asked, “is this fresh fruit?” The waitress said yes and we said great we’ll take two. The moment the drinks arrived, we realized they were watery. We took one sip and realized they had given us powder drinks. We immediately told the waitress, “this isnt fresh fruit” to which she replied “oh that one isnt fresh fruit” (the ones we had ordered). We then asked for what was fresh, and then she mentioned the other two fruits listed so we said sure. Then the waitress said, “ok but i will charge you for these” to which we replied, no we are not paying for this 40,000IDR drink. Which is already overpriced as is. She angrily agreed and went to go make the fresh fruit drinks. At this point we were turned off and had no intentions of ordering anything else. Once we got our fruit drinks we asked for the bill. On top of the 80,000IDR bill, we were hit with a tax and service fee, which again boggles my mind. Im from canada and we only tip if we like the service, most of our taxes on food are a maximum of 5%. How does this restaurant think they can over charge on powder drinks, and then charge a 21% fee/tax on top of that???

Will not be returning, and i dont...

Service, food and inviting ambience were impeccable!!

Not looking up the opening hours to the restaurant as we should have, we turned up at 4:30pm for an early dinner with our four teenage children. Even though the restaurant did not officially open until 5:30pm, we were welcomed in with a smile. Drink and food orders were taken shortly after.

Our kids have allergies to shellfish and tree nuts which can make it very challenging to eat out in most places, especially in Bali. The waitress who took our order was so patient and thorough in taking our orders, ensuring that all the food allergies were accommodated for.

She even informed us of the use of candlenuts which was present in many of their dishes. Not having heard of candlenuts before (apparently related to the macadamia nut after a google search) we opted to avoid all the dishes that had candle nuts as well just in case.

Food arrived on the table before 5:30pm (when the restaurant should have opened). It was beautifully showcased in an enchanting Balinese style and was as equally delicious!!

Thank you so much for looking after us and accomodating for a very early arrival and our food allergies! We are so grateful to have had such a memorable family dinner in your beautifully presented restaurant.

We will be back on our next trip...

Visited for an early dinner. We were pretty full after a late lunch at Jimbaran. However, given that we have already made reservations, we proceeded with the earlier dinner plans.

The restaurant offers complimentary pick up from our hotel in Nusa Dua. The 7 seater that picked us was really clean and comfortable. The driver was excellent with his very approachable and accomodative personality. This service level can be observed with the team at the restaurant as well. We were greeted once we arrived and the lady who served us was similarly excellent. She took effort to make recommendations for our order after we advised of our late lunch. We had a pleasant chat with her after we finished our meal. Really great hospitality which made the meal truly enjoyable.

Food was good. We ordered the nasi campur (beef rendang and babi cikap) as well as some sate campor. Can't find any complaints of the meal. Probably just 1 minor issue would be the air conditioning. Found it to be quite warm even when seated inside the air conditioned section. It was stuffy as well given the sate serving on those small charcoal sate burners. Apart from this, really no complaints and strongly...

That's weird, there's no star rating option for the food. And I also didn't know there's a hotel here. Interesting. Well the restaurant is really cool looking. I love the decorations, the theme, and the greetings by the whole team everytime there's a new guest coming in. The team are very polite and helpful. The lady that took our order is very patience and detail in informing us about the food. The food presentation is top notch! They made it look grand despite no premium silverware. Three thumbs up for the presentation. The food also look so good. But unfortunately the taste can't catch up with the appearance. We ordered quite a bunch. But only the Rendang Bali left an impression. The rest are so lacking in flavor, I'll not say they taste bad. But they lack of flavor. The ingredients seems like battling and killing each other. I can't find a reason on why I'll want to return for the food here.

Had a lovely dinner a few days ago here. We came without reservations and was told to move to the second branch just a few blocks down the road, however as we were about to leave, the staffs told us a table would be ready soon, so we managed to stay! :) staffs were very informed with the menu and even suggested us on the size of the portions as it was only our first visit. The five of us ended up sharing the set for two, satay tempeh and another dish which i couldnt recall. The set was definitely a must try! The rendang was our highlight, although the satay tempeh was my favourite! And there was something with their ricecakes, i think some coconut milk was added, and it was superb. Gotta say the sambal wasnt spicy enough to my liking, but lovely dinner overall! We also tried the dessert platter, and the black rice porridge was one of the best i've ever had.
