Haiwei Hotpot & Teppanyaki 海味火锅 — Restaurant in Kuta Selatan

Good concept, big parking, big place, but very bad management. The dining room is divided into two types, in the first one you can cook your own food at your own table, in the second the staff can cook food. I decided to try both since it was my first time at this establishment. But when I asked help me to cook somefing from long table staff kitchen , the tall guy who works there (I think his name is Komang) refused to help me, and told me to go to my table, and do everything myself. He just didn't want to do anything. I asked him again what kind of food they have in the kitchen, and what they cook from, but he again told me that I should cook only myself at my table. Although he cooked food for other people, I saw it. I told the manager about it, but the manager sided with the staff, and said that I misunderstood. I got it right. No mistake. I ended up not having access to half the food so I don't recommend this place. The manager helped me a lot, brought food, helped with drinks, the manager is a very nice person, a lot of respect for him, but he avoids cases when it is necessary to explain to the staff how to behave.
