My partner and I came here for dinner and breakfast a couple times. We're staying at a hotel nearby where the food is much worse. We decided to try here and it's much better. Staff are friendly and food is cheap but good. They also provide free bites to eat while you wait for your meal (which doesn't even take long). They provided chips for dinner and croissants and another pastry for breakfast. Overall, I would definitely recommend here if you were after a cheap good meal. This is one of the more affordable places we found. My wife ordered the Tuna Sambal because she saw the photos of it. When it arrived at our table, the presentation and even the ingredients were not the same as photos. The sauce had great flavor but the only thing that had sauce was the asparagus on the plate. Makan malam di Manja Restaurant, Anja Hotel Seminyak adalah pengalaman yang sangat menyenangkan. Dari awal masuk, tempatnya terasa nyaman, elegan, dan hangat, cocok untuk fine dining tapi tetap dengan nuansa santai khas Bali.

Pelayanannya juga patut diapresiasi—staf sangat ramah dan sigap, membuat pengalaman bersantap jadi lebih menyenangkan.

Untuk makanan, saya mencoba beberapa menu. Pilihan utama saya adalah Grilled Chicken & Mushroom, dan saya benar-benar suka! Daging ayamnya juicy, jamurnya segar, dan bumbunya meresap sempurna. Namun, yang paling saya jatuhkan hati adalah Carbonara Pasta. Sausnya terasa fresh, creamy, dan otentik—salah satu carbonara terbaik yang pernah saya coba. Sayangnya, saya tidak sempat mengambil foto karena terlalu menikmatinya!

Sebagai penutup, saya mencoba Banana Fritter. Teksturnya renyah di luar, lembut di dalam, dengan rasa manis alami pisang yang segar. Menu ini jadi penutup sempurna untuk makan malam saya di sini.
