UTSAV Indian, Chinese & Western — Restaurant in Kuta Selatan

We absolutely love the Indian food, ambience and music here! Since they have newly introduced the Indian food in their menu so please don't expect too much and everything on the menu. It's short and crisp to be precise. But the quality and quantity here is worth every penny and better than QUEENS in Bali (trust me). Naan is almost like Paratha as they do not have tandoor at their place. Overall I love the experience here. Food is not at all spicy which is good in the case of kids or someone who prefers less spicy but u can make requests as per your taste and preference. Also they are about to add a few more things to the menu. Suggestions: please add a few Indian breakfast items like stuffed Paratha, idli dosa. I hope it may be helpful to someone who is willing to come and enjoy food...

When I entered this restaurant I had very high expecations of it, but from the minute I ordered my gut feelings were saying it wont be good.. The waitress took my order, but I think she had not a good day, she was very grumpy. We had to wait too long for our drinks and food. After this, first our butter chicken arriverd and it took over 15-25 minuts to serve us our second dish. This is not how you serve food, you better serve them together or dont serve them. The garlic naan, what doesn't seem like a garlic naan, was already cold when my aloo gobi was served. I have eat in many indian restaurant in Bali, but for me this was from bad quality and serving skills. The Aloo Gobi was undercooked, and the butter chicken had litteraly 5 small pieces of Meat. I recently visited UTSAV Indian restaurant in Bali and I must say that it was a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious and the flavors were authentic. The service was also excellent and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The ambiance of the restaurant was fantastic, with beautiful decor and comfortable seating. The music playing in the background added to the overall atmosphere and made for a very enjoyable dining experience.
