⛔️⛔️WORST DINING EXPERIENCE ALERT❌❌
I had an exceptionally disappointing experience at this restaurant.
I arrived around 7:00 PM, bringing my own seafood (fish, shrimp, squid, and clams) to be grilled. After waiting for approximately two hours which is OKAY while I understand the restaurant is busy at that time, only the clams and squid were served. I was concern that the squid arrived is not freshly cooked, and the clams served were significantly smaller than the ones I had brought.
I reminded the waitress that my shrimp and fish had not yet been served. Shortly thereafter, I noticed the waitress delivering shrimp and fish to the next table. This raised my concerns, as my order should have been coming before the next table. After letting them know about my concerns, the waitress checked and realized the prawns had been mistakenly served to the wrong table. She then brought the shrimp to my table, admitting they had been placed elsewhere but claiming they had been replaced with a new portion. However, I found grains of rice stuck to the shrimp as TOPPING. It’s indicating it had already been handled by the next table guest🤮🤮🤮
Soon after, I overheard the next table complaining that the fish they had received was not their order — they had ordered grouper. Suspecting it was my fish, I brought the prawns back to the kitchen to question the staff about my concerns. It was then confirmed that my shrimp and fish had indeed been mistakenly served to another table.
Throughout the entire process, the staff responded unprofessionally, denying responsibility and asking for patience. After further discussion, they finally admitted their mistake but subtly implied that it was partly my fault for declining their offer to replace with new items which they couldn’t guarantee the quality and type will be the same as mine. In the end, they compensated me by refunding the raw value of my shrimp and fish then asked me to pay my bills😳😵💫
What I found truly unacceptable was the complete mismanagement, the lack of sincere accountability, and the waste of my time — I LEFT THIS RESTAURANT STILL HUNGRY AND DISAPPOINTED.
Regrettably, this was one of ⛔️THE WORST DINING EXPERIENCE❌ I have ever had, and I will not be returning✌️🥵🥵🥵
