Gelato Republic — Restaurant in Kuta

Dont get me wrong - the gelato was super variety and tasty as well, however, I asked one male staff to tested them first and by the 3rd tries he alr given me and my bf that ick face and attitude 😩

I did asked him is everyth okey? as this is what i normally do to any gelato places I went and most of them seem to be very welcoming to let the customers taste it first — got no answer and he still keeping up with the attitude and facial expressions.

I ended up tried 5 flavors (just bc there were too many good one and I couldn’t decide) and bought a cone with 2 out of what i tasted while my bf bought 3 scoop like..we are here to really enjoy the last night in seminyak and rly went to all choices and selected this place just to be left with such bad impressions — hopefully this will heard and fixed his mindset...

Best late night cravings experience. I took a banoffee and ferrero rocher.. other flavors I can recommend are chocolate mint and the cheesecake that I usually order in the other branch

The cafe itself has a nice ambience and the service was great. The staff was still energetic and smiley even as I walk in at 8.30PM which is a so refreshing to look at after walking around. Usually I experience night shift service a bit more grumpy as the closing hour became near so I must say the difference lifted my mood.. Gave a happy hello and thank yous, even hand me some tissue as I took a seat, even told me the wifi password before I asked for it 👌

Visited in early July 2022.

They just reopened in end of June 2022. Now they are ready to serve more people! The gelato is good, it is very creamy! When I visited, they were not ready with a lot different flavors but they will as more people come!

They are open at 1-9PM.

It is located in the same area with Bintang Supermarket.

They have outdoor and indoor seating and big parking for motorbikes.

Staff is very friendly. Wifi is available. No power socket is available.
