Carlo's Pizza Bali — Restaurant in Kuta

We ordered a pizza at 8:45 PM, only to discover it was takeaway only due to the restaurant’s early closure. We accepted this and placed our order for takeaway pizzas. To our surprise, they added a 10% tax on top of our bill, which was unexpected since we’ve enjoyed numerous takeaways and restaurants during our 8-day stay in Bali, and this was the first place to charge tax. Additionally, the pizzas were underwhelming, how can a pizza shop not have onions or capsicum? I also noticed that they turned away another couple at 9 PM, despite their website stating they were open until 10 PM. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend...

Are you craving some real authentic flavors from Italy? Then this IS the place for you! So far I have ordered 3 times(in 2 weeks) and never got disappointed, but stuck craving for more. From the very first bite I could tell that the pizzaiolo were from Italy(hope I am not wrong 😅) The pizzas are and taste like authentic Italian pizza. Simply perfect! The tomato sauce however is a little too acid for my particular taste. But absolutely not a dealbreaker. I’m just being a little picky. So grazie mille once again and keep making these amazing pizzas...

We came in the afternoon the place was so hot by then, we tried to order and the waitress was busy talking with the owner so she sent someone from the kitchen to take our order. We ordered 2 pizza's and we've been waiting for like 20min and the waitress came with only 1 pizza and I was telling her that we have another one but she doesn't know that we ordered 2 pizza's, than she asked the guy who took the order and I heard he was blaming me that he can't hear me clearly when I have ordered, which is so rude and he didn't even asked for order confirmation. The pizza is decent (nothing wow), but the service is bad....
