Oh experience? I would never call this a good restaurant. I was here for a good lunch with my partner and all we had was no tasty food and worst customer service. I have been to many restaurants in Bali in past couple weeks and customer service was at peaks and here the people who service (with all due respect) should learn how to serve not how to be on phone. I had to call the guy multiple times and the guy with attitude doesn't even come and ask what do you need? He is like nod and say what? Should i shout that i need to order more or what? Then i have asked for some stuff and they mistakenly put that on another table and didn't even realize and while i was paying bill they realized and started laughing about it. If you want to run a good INDIAN i say again INDIAN restaurant teach some customer service and be in the presence of mind while serving and also improve food quality a little. Most of the people come for good food so hope this will be helpful to the management.

My only minor criticism would be the comfort of the sofas – they were a bit too soft for my preference. However, the manager on duty, Citra, was incredibly attentive and immediately addressed my concern, offering a solution. This level of customer service truly enhanced my experience.
Overall, I highly recommend Ganesha Ek Sanskriti for anyone seeking a taste of authentic Indian...

And the most unpleasant incident, is that we had some extra food and naan to take away, the waitress went to the kitchen and it happened that my friend was standing and he can see throughout the class window of the kitchen.
He saw the waitress grabbing the Naan bread by his hand without gloves, and told him like you were supposed to have a gloves or to hold with some spoon or so.
And what make it worse that the chef did not apologize for the waitress behavior instead he get mad at my friend and he was touching the salt and put it into the food to show that he is touching the food any way.
Unfortunately bad experience, and I do not...
