STOP paying people to somehow saying the service is fast , the place is clean when in real life its not after all of this drama online FIX EVERYTHING FOR REAL

Very bad service. They use old paper order forms that are reused by erasing marks from previous customers this led to us being served the wrong food. The staff took the order sheet and walked away without repeating our order for confirmation.

We had to wait a long time just to ask for spoons to eat our hotpot. We asked three times, and ended up eating with chopsticks for 30 minutes. Even after that, they still asked how many spoons we needed mind blown.

They also gave us the wrong mala noodle dish. We specifically wanted the fried version, but they brought something else. We still paid for it since it was hard to communicate or argue with the staff.

In the end, we were also given the wrong bill. We had to wait a long time at the cashier, and they even had to switch staff members just to settle it.

I tried to give feedback, but the person handling their social media account ignored the message completely showing no interest at all in handling a...

The absolute worst dining experience?

This one staff was SO inadequate, could not answer to any of our questions regarding the differences in the broths, ushered us to move to another table after 1 hour of us eating (which can only sit 4, there were 6 of us) due to our gas was “running out” (even though it wasn’t).

We have to wait for 20 minutes after placing our orders for our food to come out, and another 1 HOUR for our CHOPSTICKS. This was after we asked for our chopsticks REPEATEDLY, around 9-10 TIMES to different staffs, they even gave another table (who came way after us) their chopsticks. They only gave each of us 1 METAL SPOON to eat hot pot prior. Our drink also came 30 MINUTES after the food came, and we only ordered TEA. The waiting time was HORRID, 2 tables even walked out and cancelled their orders, they said bcs they have been waiting for an hour without any food to ever come out.

Everything was in CHAOS, severely understaffed, definitely not worth the...

I ordered two kinds of soup, chicken and spicy soup (regular level). The chicken one is superb, has a lot of traditional herbs but I don't feel like I'm drinking traditional medicine (which happens before, believe me.). But the spicy soup... Even with regular level, I can barely breathe after first sip. Plenty of chili and black pepper involved. Only for those who are brave enough to try.

We also ordered the 1-metre meat plate, consists of chicken and imported beef. Taste-wise, nothing to complain. But if the quantity compared to the price.. A bit of a let down. The meat is thinly sliced, therefore we don't feel like we actually eat much meat.

However, they have plenty of sauces (peanut sauce is always my favorite) and you can mix and match once you paid the initial fee. Then you can take as much sauce as you want.
