I purchased a coffee machine from Exelso, only to discover the next day that it was defective—it wouldn’t draw water. I returned the machine to claim a refund. The employee insisted on testing it and claimed that a protective film had been left on by mistake.

After 20 minutes of waiting, we noticed another employee had completely disassembled the new machine. When I pointed this out and requested a refund, the employee said it wasn’t possible. After further discussion, they brought out another machine for testing, which had the exact same issue.

After waiting for over an hour, we were left with no choice but to take a display model. The staff were neither polite nor helpful, and they refused to issue a refund for a clearly defective product.

Belanja disini karena lagi ada promo BREW N BITES , HOAX ! Saya dtg sekitar jam 5 kurang 10 mnt , mau order package 2 isinya 2 kopi dan mix seafood sampler , katanya tunggu dlu biar masuk jam 5 oke , setelah jam 5 blm bisa juga input order di sistem katanya mungkin jam 5 jakarta jadi waiter sekaligus cashier ini berinisiatif untuk taking order dulu nanti d input belakangan Satu jam kemudian dia dtg lagi, katanya ga bisa di input untuk package 2 , bisanya cuma package 1, jadi mix samplernya harus dibyar sndiri dan dia keluarin banana wraping aka pisang goreng .. So i mean like , come on .. ngapain bikin promo yg karyawannya aja ga ngerti , (ga bisa di input ? ) whattttt.. ngapain di jual, mau koment ke ig excelso aja komen di limited why ? Seafood sampler apaan isinya kentang , ayam seuprit di balut tepung tebel, bakso instan yg di belah 2 , sosis dan kentang for 89k ????? Ckckck ..
