I stayed in this hotel on 12 September 2020 for 1 night. I booked 2 rooms for me and my family. I drove to the wrong branch. There are 2 Fairfield in Bali ( Legian and kuta ). I went to Fairfield Legian at first and the receptionist was unable to find my booking since i booked for Fairfield in kuta Sunset road instead. Finally i was able to check in Fairfield Kuta. There was somekind of error i guess in their system. That i was told, i only booked one room instead of two. I was actually tired that day and really need to rest. After re-checking in the system, i was asked to wait in the room that was ready while waiting for another room that was still under prepared & cleaned up. The room that was told ready was actually not. I found belongings of people that seems still occupied that room. I called again the receptionist and waited in the alley, feeling tired and really needed to lay down after long drive from Ubud and Uluwatu. It took quite some time for the staff to arrive and they were really sorry for the inconvenience. I was very patient that day and tried to understand the situation of this pandemics that might affect the hotel operation. I didn't want to argue and just needed a room to rest. And finally the problem was solved. I got the 2 rooms that i booked. The on duty manager was personally saying sorry for our discomfort. It was a sincere apologize. And to make it up for us, we were offered an exclusive dinner for the 4 of us. We were so pleased with the menu. All the staff were so kind and sincere, and asking if there were something that we needed more. We were served with one of their signature dishes which was Nasi Goreng Bongkot ( if i was not mistaken ) and greeted by the chef himself and the taste was superbe. The best nasi goreng i've ever had. The way the staff treated us that day was so delightful. And the next day, i tried the breakfast and it was lovely. I liked the menu so much. This was really an experience, traveling during pandemics. And got to know the real situation in Bali, that the tourism is strongly impacted by the corona. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who'd like to travel to Bali. Just make sure you book couple days earlier especially during pandemics for the staff to make a good preparation...
Read moreMy wife and I would like to express our sincere gratitude to the entire Fairfield Marriott team for making our recent 4-night stay such a warm and memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well cared for—something we will always cherish.
Several aspects of our stay stood out and truly enhanced our experience:
Impeccable cleanliness – The rooms and pool area were maintained to the highest standards, creating a comfortable and refreshing environment throughout our stay.
Exceptional service – Every request was handled with remarkable speed and efficiency. Your team's responsiveness made us feel genuinely valued as guests.
Outstanding staff support – We are especially grateful to Mr. Tommy and Mr. Novan, who went above and beyond during a difficult moment for us.
On Day 1, we lost our phone, and Mr. Tommy was the first to step in. His calm guidance and helpful advice made a stressful situation far more manageable. On Day 4, Mr. Novan sat with us for nearly four hours at the police station—even after his shift had ended—offering us support and reassurance when we needed it most.
Their compassion, patience, and dedication are qualities that cannot be taught—they come from a place of genuine care. We will never forget their kindness, and we hope their exemplary service is recognized and celebrated within your organization. They are, without a doubt, the true gems of your property.
We would also like to offer a small suggestion regarding the breakfast menu. While we appreciate the inclusion of Indian vegetarian options, we feel there’s room for improvement in terms of flavor and authenticity. That said, we are truly thankful that such options were even considered, which reflects your inclusive and thoughtful approach to hospitality.
Thank you once again for everything. We carry back with us not only lovely memories of our stay but also a deep appreciation for the people who made it so special. We look forward to returning in the future and will gladly recommend Fairfield Marriott to our...

Classic FAIRFIELD property and since it is located in Asia, comes with more poshness and luxury than what you might be treated to in the States. Also, since it was a new hotel, it was even more nice. However, The biggest downside was the room was having a very foul order all through our stay and it was especially disturbing at the night. But I would not ding the hotel for this and probably an issue with the specific room, but still they should be doing a better job with such things - as thats the last thing you want to be treated to in a paradise like Bali!
LOCATION: Good location in Kuta - away from the party crowd, but still easily accessible. Quick 10 minute ride away from the airport too.
DINE + DRINK: Lobby Level restaurant that served breakfast was pretty good. We were quite surprized by the excellent selection and variety of INDONESIAN Food that they offered as a part of the buffet
