The main reason for the three star review is for our server, Alin, who was kind and attentive. I do not recommend the main food dishes based on what my husband and I tried however, this place may be better suited to enjoy a few drinks on a hot day. The ambiance is more like a cantina with open air seating. We were seated and given menus promptly. Overall, the main food dishes felt not well thought out with the exception of the extensive interesting starters. We had the mini quesadillas which had veggies inside and had some decent flavor. It was served with a dry garnish of shredded cabbage and carrot. A salsa or some guacamole with them would have been nice but we still enjoyed it as is. On that note, the Loaded Veggie Nachos were severely lacking in flavor (besides cumin) and could have seriously benefited from some red salsa. The chips did appear to be freshly fried and held up well. The fajita peppers and onions did not appear to be cooked (except whenever the cheese was baked) and the cheese was not cheddar cheese as stated on the menu nor did it have a salty taste as cheese should. As seen in the picture, a small amount of only whole beans were used which were also unseasoned. There was no guacamole and when asked, our lovely server quickly mentioned they ran out of guacamole but gave double pico de gallo. Unfortunately, the pico de gallo was spicy but had mostly green tomatoes and no flavor. The server later returned to mention they just made more guacamole, which I was thankful for, and brought some over. While this was appreciated, the guacamole also lacked salt or lime. Over all this dish was extremely unseasoned and dry. I recommend the owners/chefs add some salsa or seasoning to the veggies and beans to give it more flavor in the future. My husband tried the Veg Mie Goreng and Alin was very helpful in removing any sauces that were not vegetarian friendly. The flavor was decent however the fried noodles were softer than we have eaten previously in this dish and was not as satisfying to eat. As others mentioned, portion is large and prices are average so no issues here. I greatly appreciate restaurants that make an effort to add vegetarian items on the menu and I think with some modifications from the chefs, this could be a decent option for vegetarians/vegans. We did not mention any of this feedback to the server as we understand she was not making the food, but hope that some of our feedback is considered to improve the experience for...

Read moreWent there for dinner based on all the good reviews. Immediately met with uncomfortable seating, limited fans so very himid.
As I was craving chilli con queso, overlooked these minor issues, even the fact that they charge 790k for a Smirnoff ice! never paid more than 5k anywhere. Starting to feel a bit dubious we ordered the chilli con queso to start while we looked over the menu. So glad we did, for another 790k, we recieved a small bowl of 'white sauce' with what appeared to have small pieces of capsicum floating in it. This was surrounded by oily fried corn chips.
This was NOT chilli con queso or anything even similar, it tasted like cornflour and water (even had the transparent lumps that you get when it is not mixed properly!), there was no chilli and the flavour was a mix between cheese flavoured powder and chicken stock. It was so bad we could not eat it and decided if this is an example of their 'authentic Mexican flavours' we would pass.
The service staff were lovely and very apologetic, and did not charge us for the corn flour mix.
Another Australian owned establishment, charging Australian prices for low...
