The Goat Melasti — Restaurant in Kuta

Booked 5 days in advance, staff pointed out which table we should book to watch the English Premier League, Arsenal v Brighton on the 31st Aug.

Arrive for our 7pm booking, manager tells us that our booked table is unavailable and points to another table. We ask if the EPL will be on that screen, manager walks away and comes back and says “sorry the girl you booked with was wrong, the soccer will not be on at all tonight because of the Rugby”.

The GOAT weekly schedule even states the EPL was being broadcasted at 7:30pm. There is no point in even publishing a schedule for a dedicated sports bar if you’re going to only show Rugby on 20 screens regardless of the schedule.

Guys, The Goat Legian is absolutely insane! 🤯 Their all-you-can-eat pork ribs? Next level! The ribs are super tender, fall-off-the-bone, juicy, perfectly seasoned, and literally melt in your mouth 🤤. And the potatoes? Crispy, crunchy, and the perfect sidekick!

What makes it even better is the service — all the staff here are super friendly, welcoming, and treat everyone with the same big smile. Love that kind of vibe 👏 Special thanks to Kak Rai and Kak Pande, you guys made the experience even better 🙌 Respect for the awesome service! 👏

And the place itself? Pure good times: 🎶 1st floor has live music to vibe with while you eat. ⚽ 2nd floor has a billiard table and big screens for watching football with your crew.

The place has a very good vibe. The waitstaff was attentive and very lovely. They have a great "quieter" section upstairs where we sat for dinner. There was a live band and DJ downstairs for dinner service. The place was lively and there was lots of sports screen to watch. The portions for the food were huge! You definitely got your moneys worth. Sadly, I just felt like the food was lacking in both my mac and cheese loaded fries, and it's the same with the pork ribs. For the fries, the mac and cheese had no really hint of cheese, and my fries were underseasoned.
