Absolutely crass behaviour from the little guy that thinks he needs to be heard by all. I went in with a lady friend to have beer. When when we walked out we checked back behind to make sure nothing was left. The rude little waiter yelled to my female companion "did you drop your tampon"

Why would anyone randomly yell that out to a lady?

We went in, paid money for 2 beers, supported the business.

He clearly said it loud enough for everyone to hear thinking he would be funny, however totally humiliated my friend.

I've read other comments in regards to rude staff so I presume this is acceptable by the owner and staff.

BTW I didn't eat because the prices are high. $70k...

Great place to chill and have some drinks. Live band every night at 8pm. Cleanest and freshest smelling female toilets I have seen in Bali over the years. Better than some of the big name resorts we have stayed in. The food is a bit hit and miss depending on what you order and the drinks could come down an aussie dollar or two but fair price for the area. The staff I cannot fault, very friendly, very attentive, can be a little "dirty" in humour but also respective of the audience and if kids are around. We love the laugh and encourage the jokes and the team do a great job of interacting and making an effort to talk with customers. Recommend for a typical and casual chill...

Billys is a local bar and the staff here are very friendly and welcoming and do a good job making people feel at home.

However this hotel has some terrible rip-off policies. Even though it is illegal for businesses to charge additional charges in Indonesia for using a credit card, this place charges well over and above anywhere just ripping you off Blind by wanting to charge 5% on top of your bill for using a credit card.
