Reviewing again as they deleted my review. Free speech much?

Chanced upon this place and decided to try it out. That was a HUGE mistake. Was served ultra thin frozen pizza (refer to photo) and bland and tasteless cream pasta.

I promise that even if you’re used to less spiced/ less flavourful/ more plain food, BOTH of these dishes will STILL leave you very very disappointed and nauseous

The slice of pizza in the photo is super thin. I was expecting a delicious cheese pizza, not a frozen cardboard board!

The seafood marinara was slightly better but still not satisfactory. The grenadine drink was okay but too sweet. Anyway, the pizza was so bad and inedible that we ate 1.5 slices and threw the rest in the public dustbin nearby.

There was a long wait time for the food despite us being the only customers. Definitely don’t recommend to anyone. Do not patronise!

ALSO: Note that me and the other person who dined with me both ended up with stomachache & diarrhoea and I ended up vomiting a few hours after eating here. Eat here at your OWN RISK. They might have treated us like this because we used the discount coupon.

Edit: Hilarious, salty and sarcastic response from the business. Shows what kind of low service standards you have and how unprofessional you are. Folks, stay away from this place. Your response doesn’t faze me at all. Is “hi Karen” the best you can do? Go to school and learn some better comebacks. Very rude behaviour and toilet...

Dropped in today at lunch time to order a pick up at 8.30 the same evening, also paid for it. Arriving for the pick up , they hadn't even started it, were making pizzas for the six people in the restaurant. So let's face it they were not busy. I was promised a five minute wait. Garlic bread arrived 5 minutes later , followed by the pizzas 13 minutes later. I complained , what's the point of pre ordering if you can't be bothered to do it, also pointed out the garlic bread would be cold. Getting back to the hotel, yes the garlic bread was cold, so in the bin. The seafood pizza, while it had a nice base was over cooked, practically every piece of fish was rock hard, not helped by having them in the shell. The Stagioni pizza had far to much tomato sauce on it, which was also a little sweet. Cannot believe the rave reviews for this place, such poor service and a below average pizza....

Too much time to serve. Veg pizza was ok. No thin crust. Crust is big n difficult to crunch.

Very difficult to communicate order in English. Every topping has charges & Even for few more pieces of Capsicum on cancelling another topping over allergic reasons.😅 Rediculous.

They said every dish has a measure, than how would they quantify the removal of egg plant? Staff Dont offer you sauce, oregano or chill flakes for a Italian pizza. Everything to be asked. Or they not aware of what to provide.

Overall not as good as I expected.

Reply to hotel: I Paying 90k idr can only be free to you but not to me.

Note to owner: Accept both positive & Negative reviews equally. In all your negative reviews, you only talk about free food. Remember, nobody come there asking u for free, neither you have that kindness to offer.
