Rosemary Restaurant & Bar — Restaurant in Kuta

Not sure why they didn't take interior pictures at night but it's a really nice seating area upstairs. I ordered the ribs, they were meant to be 250 grams but were larger than the 400 and 500 grams I'd had at other places, I might have to bring some scales to Bali. The cook on the ribs was amazing, the meat was cooked enough that it didn't get stuck between my teeth but not so much that it had completely seperated from the bone. Alcohol was very reasonably priced, the service was fast and friendly. I'd say it's a 4.5 but you can't do half stars and the last few reviews have been 4 so a 5 balances...

Food was great, however the service wasn't. We were told of the specials buy one get one free cocktail by the waitress, gave us the menu and ordered 2 cocktails. When we ask for the bill, we notice we were charged for 2 cocktail drinks. Asked waitress why theres a charge for 2 cocktail drinks, the waitress replied the buy one get one free cocktail drink is on a separate special menu. Wish I had seen Warrens review below.. We have not eaten at Rosemary's for years due to bad experiences but decided to give it one more try after wife reading some good reviews.. And we will never be back, I too had what was called an eye fillet steak, was absolutely disgusting, no flavour and certainly did not taste like any steak I have had, was not fresh, probably thawed out from frozen before quick cook.
