Warung Kita Chinese Food — Restaurant in Kuta

Went there in order to celebrate Chinese NY. Place was jammed pack with ppl, which is understandable as it was Chinese NYE and Chinese restaurants must be full. Problem is service was quite bad. We were ignored of menus, wasn't always approach after we asked for it, orders were short of, forgeting the drink order or just generally walk away while we were ordering. Yes, they were busy, but they weren't organised at all in anticipation of the busy night. It's like they were slammed and expect us to understand seeing how busy they are. Which we do, but still professionalism goes along way in order to get our orders right. Foods were meh, the Sechuan beef wasn't what it is. It's basically a spicy beef. Nothing special about the food and the lack of the service section is just like a cherry on top of it all.
