Came here for a relaxed breakfast and stayed longer than expected — this place has a cool, modern vibe with a shaded garden area, comfy seating, and even games like backgammon, cards, and Katan. It’s a great spot to hang out solo or with friends.

What we ordered: Avocado toast, an iced matcha latte, and an iced Americano. We had 2 toasts and 4 drinks, and paid around 400k in total.

Food & drinks: • The avocado toast was okay. It comes with cream cheese and guacamole, but the cream cheese had a surprisingly sweet taste, which I didn’t expect. • The drinks were excellent — honestly, one of the best coffees I’ve had in Kuta Lombok.

Service & atmosphere: Staff were super friendly and helpful, and spoke great English. There’s plenty of space to sit — indoors, upstairs, or in the garden area.

Payment: They accept both card and cash.

Final thoughts: Come here for the chill atmosphere and the coffee, especially if you want a quiet morning or an afternoon playing games in the garden. The food is fine, but the coffee alone makes it...

Curfew Bar - Great Place... BUT ABOUT THAT SCRABBLE INCIDENT

Amazing craft beer selection here at Curfew Bar. The Saturday/Sunday "buy 2 get 1 free" promo is a fantastic deal, and they really know their microbrews. Service was top-notch, atmosphere was perfect, and... you know what? I need to address something.

To the server who "refereed" our Scrabble game - since when is "QUIXOTRY" a valid word? My daughter Sarah played it across TWO triple word scores for some astronomical point total, and you just nodded and said "sounds good to me"? I looked it up later and it is NOT a word and is just a made-up combo of "quixotic" and "try"! What's next, "JAZZIFY"? "QUIZZABLE"? Where do we draw the line???

I would have won that game if... There should be a standard. There should be rules. There should be...
