Ayam Goreng Kemangi — Restaurant in Madiun

The place is comfortable, the staffs were so nice and kind. They offer "sundanese-like" menu like ayam goreng with lalap, etc. The food was inexpensive. I ordered ayam kemangi 24 K, nasi putih 1/2 2.5 K, lalapan 5 K. The lalapan is quite a lot. I think the ayam kemangi was just okay, but the ayam goreng (20 K) was better. There is gelato booth here with inexpensive price too, but I forgot hehe.

Banyak pilihan menu. Good food, varied menu, nice place, friendly waiter/waitress. The restaurant is designed nicely, wide enough so it is suitable for groups. Given ornaments according to update theme. The specialty dish here is the fried chicken with basil. Tried the corn soup, good enough. Tried also the gurami skewer (a new one for me)...

Recommended Indonesian food restaurant. They also have ice cream and pastries (apple pie, cinnamon roll, etc.). Good taste for decent price, and the service is very quick.

This restaurant is located in the middle of the city, around 15 (?) minutes from the toll exit. We several times left the toll road just to get our lunch here....
