Depot Ningsul is a convenient spot, located just a short distance from Malang Train Station. It’s popular among both domestic and occasional international tourists as a place to grab a meal while waiting for, or after, a train ride. They offer a range of Indonesian homestyle dishes, including their specialties: Soto Madura, Rawon, Nasi Campur, and more.

The locals recommended this to us and it didn’t disappoint! We had the sop and its flavorful and the meat is tender. Perfectly coupled with a nice warm rice.

Their empal is also mildly flavored but good. They also sell it in vacuum pack so i bought it to bring home as gifts!

Prices is really cheap too and owner is very friendly. Would love to return if i ever...
