First of all, the restaurant isn't so easy to find. It's located in the shops area and maybe the only restaurant there. It also doesn't have a big fancy names at the front. So look carefully in the shops area. When you see a lot of cars, you probably going into the right direction.
The have two sitting areas in the restaurant. The first floor is an open kitchen. Here you can see the staffs and cooks interact with each other. You can also see the beef going in and out of the grill. It smelled so good there. However, the sitting arrangement wasn't so nice. Unless you're going for a date, I wouldn't recommend this seating. The second floor is an air conditioned-room. The seating arrangement is pretty good and you can feel the a little bit of 'fine-dine' vibes inside. Definitely recommend for a romantic dinner date.
The waiter in this restaurant is exceptional. They give a very good service. Not too much smile but so patient in explaining in how the menu works and what are the house's specials. Very satisfying.
On the second floor they have live music. Well, at least when I went there. There were two guitarist playing some of the Indonesian hits from 2000s and even some of the traditional Indonesian songs. I enjoyed them too much while I was ordering my food and waiting for them to come by.
The food in the menu is surprisingly diverse. There are some expensive food like steak that is about 100k rupiah, also there are some food like seafood fried rice that is as cheap as 18k rupiah. So, if you ask me whether the restaurant is expensive, I would say it totally depends on what do you want to order.
When I came there, the steak platter was the best selling menus. I came with my parents and my siblings, so we figure that it was the best option to choose. It cost a little less than 500k rupiah, but it was satisfying. With that amount of money you get a selection choice of beef plus 100 grams of special wagyu, mashed potatoes, sauteed greens and also 4 ice tea. Their sauce selection wasn't so great, so I would recommend sticking to salt. The beef itself was delicious. Very satisfying dinner.
Overall, I really recommend this restaurant for a celebration, dinner date, or casual hangout with friends. With the service and the food provided by the restaurant. I'm sure you'll want to come back. Well, especially if you're...

Hungry Kitten delivers a memorable and authentic steakhouse experience, immediately engaging the senses with the enticing aroma of expertly grilled meats. The restaurant's dedication to quality is evident in its prominent live grilling station, where diners can observe the chefs in action, and the dedicated dry-aging room, showcasing the careful preparation of their beef.
The menu caters to a wide range of preferences, featuring an impressive selection of premium beef cuts, including Wagyu, alongside alternative options like fish and chicken. The platters are designed for communal dining and are a popular choice. Our platter featured perfectly cooked steaks accompanied by well-executed sides, such as roasted potatoes and a trio of flavorful sauces: the classic barbecue, the restaurant's distinctive house special, and a rich mushroom sauce. We also enjoyed the additional order of smashed potatoes.
The ambiance is lively and energetic, characterized by a vibrant, multinational crowd and enhanced by live music performances. The service is generally attentive and efficient, contributing to a positive dining experience.
Two areas for improvement were noted: the sweet potato side dish was overly sweetened, which may not appeal to all palates, and the payment process involved a queue, which detracted slightly from the overall convenience. Implementing table-side payment options would enhance the guest experience.
Note: Given its popularity, especially on weekends, advance reservations are highly recommended to...
Read moreFirst impression, the interior of this restaurant is imitating a wooden cabin, which to my experience is a bit “damp-humid” and not a welcoming sphere to dine. However, beyond the ambience, I delved into the menu. The menu is quite complete, offering basically steaks with fresh cut to less fresh meat (cured and smoked). We ordered 3 kinds of steaks (meltic sirloin, smoked wagyu & garlic shio koji sirloin) which are “fusion” servings. The meltic sirloin was too oily & “overglazed”, the smoked wagyu has a strong smoke taste that was draining the cut’s flavour, and the shio koji sirloin has no garlic taste as it was promised. In such case I must say, the kitchen management requires improvements. As this restaurant adopts an open kitchen style, it must show the kitchen’s staff ability. However, to my understanding the kitchen requires standarization and cleanliness needs to be improved. I note down that the meat details on the menu can be disinforming in case that the cuts may vary upon every procurement, thus not guaranteeing the quality in terms of as the source, marbling and grade. Another small disappointment was the beverages are not complying to a restaurant of this price, for example the juices were made of concentrates. I kindly remind the management to put more attention to the hygiene, for example a cat was roaming around visitors, and also to improve staff friendliness and...
