This place has a lot of potential …but , the staff are really hard to attract attention to get service, the music is bad, and very loud , and they allow kids. I was staying nearby and looked forward to using their pool. Eating and drinking for a leisurely few hours, however every time I went it felt like I was trying to relax in a very expensive kindergarten club. The pool was full of kids throwing balls around the sun bed areas and splashing people, screaming and screeching their heads off non stop , and running around the perimeter of the pool whilst the parents ignored it all. The music was very poor, the loungers and sofas have stained fabric everywhere making the place look tatty and tired.
It’s trying to be an Ibiza esque club , and falls very short of the mark for allowing kids inside. It needs a DJ playing on weekends bit the two weeks I stayed nearby in peak season this didn’t happen once, the music played was just awful. The staff need some proper training in service, you could quite easily wait an hour for service while they milled around by the bar chatting to each other, they would serve desert with no cutlery, tea with no sugar , milk or a teaspoon, details that a place like this with these prices should have got right from the start.
It has two things going for it, location is great and the are wonderful. Decor is on trend ( if they cleaned or re upholstered the dirty sofas and loungers) but after four visits and having the vibe ruined by kids I stopped going. I also had a party of 20 friends for one day and we had considered going here for an afternoon but the attendance of the kids put the...
Read moreUpon arrival was told us that there was a minim consumption when they clearly state in their website that was not. Was asked for 300 000 minim per adult and 150 000 per kid, so misleading information and false advertisement. We arrived and in the first 5 minutes that we were seating down we had 3 staff member pressing us to order , we needed to ask them to back off so we could put sun protector in the kids and read the menu. Went to the beach with my son and while we were at the beach a staff member came asking for my son to go to the water to chase a customer that didn’t pay, that customer had nothing to do with us and she ask my son to go to the water full of rocks and big waves to go chase someone for them . I told the staff member that she cannot ask a 11 year old to go chase customers for them and putting my son in danger. There is a free shuttle to the yellow bridge and they didn’t tell us so we paid for a taxi to drop us off at the yellow bridge and pay a service that should have been for free. There was construction happening on site as well white 2 workers carrying wood planks without any ropes or protection 2 floors above were kids were playing . I would not recommend this club, they look like a scammer club that just wants to take the most amount of money of you without any care for the safety or wellbeing of their customers. Very pretty place in a great location a lot of potential, at the moment is just...
Read moreFirst off, let me be clear, I'm not new to this industry. I know tourism, I know hospitality, I studied them at university, so I understand how things are supposed to work. We came by in the evening just for a snack. Got greeted and seated, but I had to ask for the menu myself. Honestly, I'm not sure they would've even brought one if I hadn't asked.
While waiting for our food and drinks, a few of the staff just stood there staring at us, it felt quite uncomfortable, almost intimidating. We tried to brush it off and took some photos around the pool, which I'll admit is lovely. The setting is beautiful.
But then the drinks arrived, and one was missing. No apology. And here's what really got to me, when foreign guests turned up, they were greeted far more warmly. More genuinely. More treated like HUMAN. They were even offered some sort of "golden hour" discount or something like that. Really?
Why weren't we offered the same? Do you assume I can't afford your drinks? Why would I bother coming to your place if I hadn't already done my homework (looked up the menu) and made a conscious choice to visit?
Honestly, if you're a local, I wouldn't recommend it. There are better places to spend your money. The food was alright, nothing amazing. The setting and view are nice, sure -- but...
