Was a worst experienced. When we arrived the waitress informed us that today (saturday) they have a special event only Grill buffet (ayce) and the price is 200K per person therefore ala carte was not available. With a nice explanation, I agreed to try and enjoy the buffet menu and we wanted to see the sunset. I tried to choose the nica table position, the waitress said all tables already booked and only our table was available. Then I agreed. When we starting to eat, the waitress came and she informed us, that she informed the wrong price, the correct price is 250K per person, this is not about money but that was not nice at all as I did not have any option as I was already started eating. I ordered lychee ice tea and coconut mojito and can not believe it , it was worst. This is the first time that I found a restaurant who can not make a good lychee ice tea and they served the tea with a long glass with a short straw make me didn’t know how to drink my tea. And please note , the buffeet price is not included with drink. Come to the grill and buffeet food, it was another worst - not tasty at all… well I ended up with total bill arround 700K + but for nothing, such a waste. Last the table that I choosed before (the waitress said already booked) still empty until we finished. So for sure, I am not gonna comeback to this restaurant anymore or recommend it to others. Well I am not lucky at all, this esperienced made me...
Read moreDuring my stay at the hotel, Warnakali Restaurant became the culinary highlight of my Nusa Penida experience, serving as the delightful backdrop for both breakfast and dinner.
The menu's diversity truly impressed me, offering a wide array of delicious options for both food and drinks. Breakfast took on a unique charm with the floating breakfast in the pool – a fantastic experience that added an extra layer of luxury to my mornings.
For dinner, I opted for the seafood plate, and I must say, the freshness and flavor were unparalleled. Each bite was a testament to the restaurant's commitment to quality.
The staff's friendliness and attentiveness deserve special mention. They took excellent care of me throughout my visits, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. As I enjoyed my meals, I couldn't help but notice the romantic ambiance, with several couples savoring intimate dinners. One particular table stood out with a beautiful arrangement of roses, adding an extra touch of beauty to the already charming atmosphere.

Read moreWe were staying at the Sea La Vie hotel and decided to try something different for dinner one evening. That’s how we ended up at Warnakali, just about 10 minutes away — and what a lovely surprise it was! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. A special shoutout goes to Artini, a trainee who truly made our evening. Her kind, bubbly personality and genuine care added such a warm and personal touch to our dining experience. She’s a true gem and really went out of her way to make us feel at home. The food was absolutely delicious — beautifully presented, full of flavor, and clearly made with great attention to detail. We especially appreciated the thoughtful balance of tastes and textures in each dish. If we may offer one small suggestion: we would love to see even more boldness in incorporating Balinese cuisine into the menu — maybe in a modern, creative way? It could be a wonderful opportunity to showcase local flavors with a unique twist. All in all, a wonderful evening and a place we’d gladly recommend to anyone looking for great food and heartfelt hospitality.
Greetings to the...
