Starting with the Service, all table manners are not well conducted starting from the greetings when the guests came and feel confused to find a place to sit, until you asked yourself. When it come to staff service it depends, how do you wanna build this place, a "suburban dining" should've serves as it so, my suggestions is to keep the staff well trained and more into the product knowledge, cause it does really make a crucial moment when you ask about the product but the server doesn't know what are they selling.
The Foodies and Beverages, fnb quality are pretty decent nothing special and there's nothing that makes me wanna came back here, cause if you want to make this place memorable, at the very least you gotta have something that is very "COPAS" that made people wanna come back just to have those "COPAS" speciality's. Looks and aesthetically are very rare and unique with this kind of conceptual building in the side of the street, really eye catching.
The ambience, nuances, atmosphere and vibes, are ok but yes it is HOT even in the second floor, not gonna complain much cause ive already read other reviews before i came here by myself to prove it. the music are also fine with a popular songs kinda playlist. the people are also nice and kind around sitting in this dining. The table placing and area are ok and still got lots of places just to walk around and did not bother other guests if you wanna go to the toilets, and yes this is the a bit of a concern that on the second floor you did nit see any toilets signs yet too many doors that confused is this a toilets or not.
The staff, not gonna mention it again but if you do have a manager or supervisor with a many of experience teach your staff about how to service and table manners etiquette. They are friendly tho and nice but again when it comes to product knowledge it is really crucial.
The Hygiene, cleanliness, and HACCP are ok not to mention the other reviewer that have a bad experience but as far as i came here, it is clean and hygiene. and i think it is not OK for doing construction while people are still around.
Overall, 3.5 out of 5 for me, will be updated soon as i get back here, hoping that it will get a much bigger improvement. Your team did well 🙏🏼
Cheers and Good...
Read moreIt was my first time in Jakarta, and as someone who usually navigates well with Google Maps, I came across this spot while looking for a place to eat shortly after arriving from the airport. The reviews seemed promising, so we decided to give it a try.
We ordered two chicken burgers (one with spicy chili oil and one plain for our toddler), a classic beef burger, two watermelon and strawberry juices, and a hibiscus lemonade. Unfortunately, the experience was far from what we expected.
The chicken burgers were extremely disappointing. The filling felt like scraps of chicken hastily fried and stuffed into the bun. I even found and had to spit out several chicken ligaments—a very unpleasant surprise. The fries were overcooked to the point where they were so hard and crispy, it felt like chewing on wooden sticks. The beef burger was similarly subpar; my husband even discovered a small bone fragment in the patty, which nearly cracked his tooth. This was unacceptable.
The juices and coffee, however, were the only redeeming part of the meal. They were fresh and flavorful, but sadly, that’s not enough to make up for the disappointing food.
Overall, I was not impressed. There’s significant room for improvement here, especially in the quality and preparation of the food. I hope the restaurant takes these comments seriously to enhance the...
Read moreThis was my very first time coming to Copas. I decided to check it out after hearing all the hype online, so I came today with my family. So far, the service was really good the waitress was super friendly and I had no complaints about that. Second, the interior design is amazing! I love it perfect for Instagram-worthy pictures.
However, the one thing that really disappointed me was the food. The food was awful. The steak was raw, not fully cooked at all :( Eating undercooked meat can lead to salmonella, and it’s honestly concerning. Luckily, I didn’t eat the steak because I noticed right away how raw it was.
I mentioned it to one of the waitresses and told her that eating raw food can make people sick and cause salmonella. Sadly, she didn’t seem to know what “salmonella” meant. I was shocked. It wasn’t until a male staff member came over that she seemed to understand he explained it to her, and she apologized.
It’s really sad that a restaurant wouldn’t know something as serious as salmonella. While the ambiance is nice, the food was completely disappointing. I won’t be coming back. It’s way too overhyped :((( The food is not worth it. If you’re planning to eat steak, do not eat it here. Be careful raw meat that isn’t cooked properly is dangerous. Like I said, I’m just thankful I...
