I booked a room in the morning via bookings.com, and received a confirmation. On the way to the airport, I received a separate email from OYO asking for confirmation, so I replied to that with my expected arrival time and a mentioning a preference for a quiet room, non-smoking. Later in the afternoon, on the way to the hotel (it's really a lodging house, not a hotel) I received a notice of cancellation by email, which I replied to and resent the earlier confirmation. Of course, when I arrived at the time I said I would arrive, about 6 pm, no record of the booking and the hotel is full and the check-in guy is kind-of stupid, which is a good way to avoid taking any responsibility and of course since he doesn't know anything he can't explain anything, ||The short story: don't bother with OYO and for sure don't bother...

Read morei gave two stars because the receptionist at least was nice, but this guest house looks nothing like advertised. water would run out during some parts of the day. the bed was creaky and would sink after you’ve slept on it. towel in my room has a hole on it. house lizard droppings everywhere. but at least the ac and wifi works fine. would not recommend for a long stay, maybe just a place to crash...
