Parison Glassworks and Social Space — Restaurant in Pagedangan

I had made a table reservation for Christmas Eve, which was confirmed by an employee who, surprisingly, didn’t ask for my phone number. However, upon arrival, the receptionist (a girl) couldn’t find any reservation under my name. Despite this mix-up, they promptly seated us near the kitchen and restroom, which wasn’t the most welcoming start.

Ambience: The Christmas ambience was delightful, especially with the live music performing Christmas songs. The singer was really talented!

Food: We ordered three dishes and two drinks:

• Pizza (pork) 2/5: Sadly, the pizza had an extremely tough crust, making it quite unpleasant to eat. The toppings were alright, but the overly tough crust was a letdown. • Peri Peri Chicken 3/5: The chicken was quite dry, but the sauce was surprisingly good—better than Nandos. However, the chicken itself needs improvement in cooking technique to avoid dryness. • Aglio Olio pasta 0/5: Unfortunately, this was one of the worst pasta dishes I’ve ever had. It was overly salty and didn’t resemble Aglio Olio at all. Despite requesting a remake, the second attempt was even saltier than the first, rendering it inedible. Thankfully, it was eventually removed from the bill after my refusal to eat it due to its extreme saltiness. • Juices 4/5: The juices were decent and enjoyable.

Overall, my experience was disappointing, especially considering the high prices compared to the quality of food available in Jakarta. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you’re solely interested...

• 𝙎𝙥𝙞𝙘𝙮 𝘾𝙝𝙞𝙘𝙠𝙚𝙣 𝘽𝙪𝙧𝙜𝙚𝙧 (110𝙠) ✨ I dig their burger!! Rasanya kayak makan McSpicy sih tbh tapi lebih proper and premium HAHAHA buns-nya oke, the beef bacon was a good addition, tp sayang gak crispy (just different preference aja, not a biggiez Chicken was juicy and flavorful! 🥹🫶🏻 Chipotle aioli was on point!!! Tp sayang side dish-nya bukan french fries, but yam chips, kurang ngenyangin jadinya hehe

• 𝘼𝙜𝙡𝙞𝙤 𝙊𝙡𝙞𝙤 (95𝙠)

• 𝙈𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙗𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙨 𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙧𝙖 (115𝙠) Not mine too HAHA

• 𝙋𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙤𝙣 𝘽𝙚𝙚𝙛 𝘽𝙪𝙧𝙜𝙚𝙧 (150𝙠) ✨ Unexpectedly a good classic burger??!!? Quite juicy and well-seasoned patty! 💯 Buns were not bad, but I think they could've used bolder condiments thooo. Also, I prefer my burger greasy 😛 this one’s a 8/10

• 𝙒𝙞𝙡𝙙 𝙈𝙪𝙨𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙤𝙢 𝙎𝙤𝙪𝙥 (85𝙠) Not mine, but smells amazing!

• 𝘿𝙪𝙡𝙘𝙚 𝘿𝙚 𝙇𝙚𝙘𝙝𝙚 𝙒𝙖𝙛𝙛𝙡𝙚 (70𝙠) Not a big fan, the waffle's too cakey. Teksturnya lebih ke sponge cake-ish daripada waffle, it lacks the crispiness a waffle should've had 🫠

• 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙤 𝘾𝙝𝙚𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙘𝙖𝙠𝙚 (70𝙠) Wasn't mine, pretty and unusual presentation tho.

• 𝙂𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙢𝙖'𝙨 𝙄𝙘𝙚𝙙 𝙏𝙚𝙖 (35𝙠) ✨ THE LEMON SORBET WAS A GOOD COMPANION!! 🍋🍋 I don't usually dig sorbet, but this one's quite the exception!! HEHEHE lucu juga es teh dipakein sorbet

📝𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙘𝙡𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 & 𝙎𝙞𝙙𝙚 𝙉𝙤𝙩𝙚𝙨 Food wasn’t THAT special, I guess. But 💯 for ambience, especially in Gading...

I'm an upset customer. First time going here and experiencing a totally bad experience. The worst experience is about the service. They don't give me any menu book for around 5 minutes. I ordered 1 tacos for appetizer, 1 Ribeye (medium), and 1 pasta. Ribeye coming out first time after around 1 hour, and still have to wait for the appetizers that I expect to come first for around 15 mins after I'm doing a hard complaint, cause definitely my Ribeye is getting cold. What make it worst, the other customer who ordered pasta and peri peri chicken got their order complete first, although I'm coming first. After around 1 hour and 15 minutes, everything is ready.

No initiative to give compensation of the bad service, I have to ask the compensation first. But, amazingly, NO COMPENSATION AT ALL.

Tacos was 3/5, Pasta 4/5, Ribeye 2/5 cos it's not worth to the price.

Definitely won't come back and recommend people to go...
