I was buying Jcool to go and half dozen of donuts. They said that half a dozen donut is 92k, i said okay, luckily price is no issue for me. And then they gave me bonus red velvet cake, and i ask them i didnt order that, its free they said. And this make me questionning the free cake, when i look at the price list, half dozen of donuts only 61k, and it turn into 92k because of the "free red velvet cake". I ask them to cancel it and they said they cant, because they already input it, and i keep complaining and they didnt charge the 92k. And the worst thing is, they gave a sarcasm "thank you" after the payment. To be honest, 30k is not a big deal for me, but honesty and politeness is a must, theyre not even say sorry at all even though i feel scammed.
