Excelso — Restaurant in Pondok Aren

Just ordered coffee here, coffee never came. Customers who came after me got their order way before I got mine. The staffs at one point managed to take wefies together thkugh. So they're not that busy. I had no clue what's holding them, but obviously, my order wasn't that important for this establishment: when I complained, they didn't explain and did not bother to apologize as well. I refused and ordered mineral water instead. A very pricey one, too....
