Was excited trying this bar for the first time, reading the review on google. I sat and ordered then I gave the staff my constructive feedback. I mentioned for him to tell the owner if itās possible to move the station for the mixologist making the drink because we the guest want to see how heās making it. Iām Indonesian and both of the staffs are Indonesian, so I told one of them what was in my mind, full respect, in local language. This guy smiled and said okay.
Well, the mixologist overheard, and he replied me with frowning face āwell it depends on the concept, not all bars are like thatā or something along that line⦠and he left the bar. I was in complete shock, so I took a sip on my drink and asked for the check.

I challenged them to make an off-menu cocktail which they did very well, their take on my favourite drink the Mezcal Margarita was amongst the best I have ever tasted. Adam and Ardi were great bartenders providing A+ experience. I learn a lot about cocktails while talking to them.
I tried a great variety of cocktails, from the classic (Whiskey Sour), classic with a twist (Marco - negroni style), savoury (Take Two with Shitake Mushroom), a take on nostalgia (Jasuke), and ended the night with a custom cocktail made by Adam. Everything is well balanced, while still highlighting the liquor.
My favorite conversation of the night was how we requested the custom cocktail from Adam. He asked "tell me a liquor you don't like, and I'll make something out of it". He did delivered, the cocktail was amazing.
Can't wait to visit again next time...
