We’ve had breakfast here two years in a row, and it’s been a consistently good start to the day. The in-house Rabbithole Bakery makes excellent croissants — fresh and well-made every time.

The menu has enough variety and suits Western preferences. Coffee and matcha are both good, and the latte art is fun — not just the usual hearts, but also shapes like seahorses and rabbits.

Small details are well thought out, like using mineral water for ice cubes. These kinds of touches show they’re mindful of different needs.

The interior has a modern, slightly industrial look, and R&B music plays in the background. The atmosphere is calm, making it a nice place to work or have a quiet brunch with family.

Over the past few days, we were served by Krisna. Our group was large and included kids, so we had a few special requests. He handled everything well, and we got exactly what we needed. The rest of the staff was also welcoming and helpful.

I really like Urban bites and have come here many times, food is great, prices are great and I environment is great. Just some feedback I'd give for the staff, I'm not sure what the waiters are doing at the counters but I often have to go out of my way to get their attention and shout which often makes me not want to order because of the energy required. They also should listen to instructions more clearly, I ordered a pizza and they gave me spaghetti, I asked them to cut my pancakes in half and they cut it into little pieces. Things like that annoy me enough to want to go to other places where there's less resistance I have to deal with when I want to eat. I had such a pleasant time at Urban Bites Cafe! The place has a cozy and welcoming vibe, perfect for enjoying breakfast or even working a few hours with my laptop. The coffee was excellent (the latte art really stood out), and the food was fresh and flavorful. I especially loved how I could customize my breakfast, everything came out just the way I liked it.

The staff were super friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. Prices are reasonable for the quality you get.
