Blou Cafe at Ecozy Dijiwa Canggu is a discovery worth savoring. During my visit, the allure of their culinary offerings was matched by the visual presentation of each dish. The all-day breakfast, featuring a choice of diverse menu items, was a testament to the cafe's commitment to taste and quality.

The vibrant plating of the Mie Goreng topped with a perfectly fried egg, accompanied by crisp prawn crackers, and the side of a refreshing chia seed pudding adorned with fresh fruits, was as pleasing to the eye as it was to the palate. The flavors were balanced, highlighting the freshness and quality of the ingredients.

On another plate, the quintessential English breakfast with fluffy scrambled eggs, sautéed mushrooms, grilled tomatoes, savory baked beans, and a side of toast, alongside a perfectly cooked sausage, was a hearty and satisfying start to the day. The attention to detail in cooking each component to perfection was evident.

The atmosphere of the cafe, as always, was a cozy sanctuary, ideal for both a leisurely meal and a productive morning with a laptop. The upstairs seating offers a tranquil view, perfect for enjoying the cafe’s specialty teas or freshly squeezed juices.

Spent my day at Blou Cafe Canggu, and I could say that every second was incredible. The cafe has a super cozy atmosphere and comfy view, with beautiful interiors and plenty of natural light. It’s also a great spot for working, with comfy seating and a calm vibe that’s perfect for focus. The free Wi-Fi makes it more perfect.

Started our day with the perfect pair, Coffee & pastry. Their coffee is seriously good — smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced every time. The pastry is also amazing. What a combo!!☕️🥐

Then, we also ordered the Breakfast package for our brunch. The Chicken Cordon Bleu is absolutely delicious — crispy on the outside, juicy inside, with melted cheese that made every bite perfect. It’s beautifully plated too, definitely one of my favorite dishes here. I also tried their Big Breakky that my family ordered. Everything on the plate was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked — from the omelette and toasted bread to the well-cooked sausages, and a lot of mushrooms. It’s a generous portion that feels satisfying without being too heavy. We paired our meals with their refreshing juices that perfectly match on sunny day!!

Should have just gone somewhere else.

We looked for a nice cafe to have a brunch in the late morning. There were tons around this district, and we honestly would likely have been better off choosing any other one.

It took the staff 10 minutes to bring us a menu, despite not even being that busy (about half the table were taken). After we ordered it took them 10 other minutes to bring us drinks (which isn't outrageous but not the best either). The really outrageous part is it took them 30 minutes (no exaggeration) to bring us our food. We just ordered 2 things straight from the menu, no special requests or allergies or anything.

This made us late for our check out time at our hotel.

If it was just that, it would just be frustrating but okayish.

The worst part is, the food was bad. The drinks were pretty good, but the food was the worst we've had in over a week (about 20 meals!!). The toast was a brick (you could literally hammer nails with it), the meats overcooked.

To not mention only the bad things, I'll be honest and say it's a pretty cute cafe, with a nice interior. The staff are nice (but very slow) and the atmosphere is nice.
