Way too overpriced considering the so-so taste. I think we could get almost a similar view on Seminyak with better food.

I would honestly rate this a star higher but I do think they took customers for granted. They set up a high price and give food third priority. The calamary was cut unevenly. For that kind of price, at least cut it evenly, give the best portion of the meat. The breakwater view looked stunning from where my seat was though. The coconut trees kinda blocked it, but it's okay.

Look, I would also rate one more higher star if it wasn't for the annoying question if I was about to enter the club just for "walking". I came in, ofc I want to order your food. Your security guard didn't even ask any ONE of those BULE the same question. I mean, couldn't one of them easily be just wanting to walk through, too? Racist much? Idk if you could be racist to your OWN people, but it did happen. So upsetting.

I saw there were other comments mentioning the racist and discriminatiom tendency here. I do believe you guys have a lot of pekerjaan rumah ya. No use asking around for feedback if you're not gonna do anything about it. Look, your cafe singer even sang "I'm starting with the man in the mirror." So, this is a wake up call for you, the manager. This is super uncool, dude. This is an issue and managers address and fix issues.

This rating is a result of annoying, insulting combos from mediocre and overpriced food, lazy food preparation, and the security guard's treatment. The two stars are for the beach and the friendly waiters, just so you know who deserves the pay raise. :)

We had an interesting experience at the Como beach club. The facilities are stunning and it’s all very luxe, we were warmly welcomed and the staff in the restaurant were so attentive. Food is pricy but high quality. This is my reason for 2 stars, the food and service on the restaurant side I couldn’t fault. After lunch we moved over to the pool area, we were asked not to sit on the sun loungers on the pool side as we were not hotel guests. We were totally ok with this so moved to a different seating area. We waited around 30 mins or so to see if someone would take a drink order but they seemed to be a little busy serving other patrons so we jumped in the pool. We immediately felt intimidated by security and that at any moment we would be asked to leave. Security was staring at my husband for awkward lengths of time. We decided it wasn’t really worth feeling this way in such an expensive place so grabbed our belongings to settle our bill and leave. Upon paying I was informed there was a minimum spend of 500k to use the pool facilities. There is no signage about this to the best of my knowledge and in the hour that we spent on poolside and in the pool, no staff member approached us to take a drink order or to inform us of the minimum spend. Even though we met the minimum spend in the restaurant, the poolside is a different service. Overall it was really just a weirdly uncomfortable situation to be in. They should be more upfront about the minimum spend as we would’ve had no problem... we wanted to have a few drinks there after all! More transparency from staff would be great, and less intimidation from security would make it a more enjoyable...
