Unfortunately, workers of this place ruined my mood. Few years ago I and my husband visited Lovster and had the nicest memories from there. Today we went to get rolls. Husband ordered something that looked like chicken tacos and I ordered crispy tofu roll. Even pointed in the menu to the waitress of the moment of ordering. Of course, she repeated our order but, honestly, once I heard “crispy tofu” I didnt start to question did she mean crispy tofu snack (about which I learned only later when I got the wrong food) or roll that I pointed in a menu the moment I was ordering? If you have two dishes under the same name then it is your duty to make sure that you understood clients wishes & not clients duty to ask twice did you get it correct. When server bring my dish I politely explained that this is not what I ordered and waiter started to blame me that she repeated order👎. Yes, she told: crispy tofu without specyfing which one did I choose👎. The dish was less than 4$ and they had to have million discussions in the kitchen & even make a phone call (it looked like that) to ask someone should they re-make my food. I repeat, I didnt order the most expensive dish- lobster. I ordered the cheapest tofu and had to go trough this kind of situation when waiter could simply politely change the dish🤦♀️. We came from Ubud, where we spent every day changing food cafes & restaurants and never met so unfriendly & unpolite servers. On the other note, food was very good, we liked. But when you have the total experience like this- then in the end you are unhappy despite...
Read moreCraving of lobster rolls satisfied! Very delicious and decadent. Everything on the menu looks good actually, but it's in the name. Must try lobster at Lovster.
The swings at the big table are really fun to sit in.. for like 10 minutes. Then you just bang against the table haha. We accidently ordered an extra portion of fries: the meal comes with coleslaw and fries actually (I thought I had to pick).
For such a decadent meal I wish the seating was just a little bit more cozy. Date tip: grab some lobster rolls and take them to the beach to watch the sunset. There is booze, but you have to buy it at a seperate counter (next door, belongs...
Read moreMy partner and I are from Australia, looking for a lovely tasting Lobster restaurant in Bali is a must! I wanted to take a minute to leave this review to explain about the welcoming service from the Owner who we were lucky enough to meet and the super friendly staff. Now obviously the food is the key here and wow they nailed it. Crispy deep fried shrimp with lemon had my mouth watering and I’m 100% stealing this meal for home. We each (partner and I) enjoyed the lobster so much, very well cooked, not chewy or dried out, melted in your mouth… Amazing job and I will be returning in the years to come. Thanks for the...
