Shamayim Kitchen — Restaurant in Pulau Bali

We stumbled across this little local restaurant while exploring Bali, and honestly—it doesn’t look like much. It is super basic, no music or decor to speak of. But the food? Next level.

We paid $20 AUD total for three courses and two beers, the quality blew us away. Everything tasted homemade in the best possible way - flavourful, and clearly cooked with love. It’s a family-run spot, and you can feel that in the way they serve you: friendly, no frills, just good people making absolutely amazing food.

Great food & pleasant service. Had the Ayam Bakar & beef soup (sop daging sapi, or something like that not sure of the name). Came here multiple times when in Bali because we kept craving the Ayam Bakar - it was so tender and yummy.
