Bad steak in bali

We order sirloin on the barbecue asked to do butter separate ,but when food come it was drained in a half defrosted steak with a real bad butter ,so i ask kindly please just the steak on barbecue as i orderer originally and butter on the side.

Then it came back very fast ,the steak was washed and the redone on the barbecue is was beyond recognition What it originally was a sirloin steak looks like

So i told them again that it was no good and i did not order this.

But the would not do any about .

The vegetable soup was also a disaster Msg cup of ox cube in some water and then ad some boiled veg ,i still have cramp in my stomach of that.

Sorry guys but i had to say something ,i hope you improve on this.

As i hate complaining,but this could not...

Pro : low prices, nasi goreng and the chicken hamburger were "ok"

Con : Asked for fresh fish, which they didnt have - unfortunately they were lying/wrong about that. When we asked to see the fish, they only had deep frozen fish of unknown age (they told us it was marlin from the day before). We tried it - it was bbq'd but too long on the grill so the meat went dry. Might just have been tuna. I think foreigners would pay more for fresh fish so maybe they should go for that.

One thing that was unacceptable (compared to other bali warungs) : when i opened the door to the bathroom i startled a rat which ran over my feet, also : loads of ants, no soap to wash the hands. They should...

The owners are very friendly. The food is really good although I could have handled a bigger portion. Had a nice chat with the owners and went back the day after for take away. They also offer Dolphin tours and Taxi service. Booked a dolphin tour here but unfortunately the sea was to rough to go. Also had the owner, Gede Masda, drive us to Kintamani. Again, super friendly and great guy. Stopped along the way to let us try durian. Prices here are good. If I would come to this area again I'd...
