LIBERTIS Proper Burger and Smokehouse — Restaurant in Semarang

I order single platter with dory rice. Really confident to rate their food 8/10. I came 3 days ago with my mate and she's really picky about where and what to eat. But this place is exceptional. She said that they serve single platter that taste like the one that she used to eat in Semarang and it was just as good.

I order latte, sunkiss coffee, and yuzu soda and it was delicious

We came a little bit earlier at 11.50 (open at 12.00) and they say dori rice not ready yet (takes 20-30 min) but it was faster than what they're promised (just 10 min) and it is a plus for their service.

One thing that make me sad is this place is quiet and i hope they will be more famous than before.

Beautiful place but they have it all wrong. The beef patty burger tasted like old rancit meat. I’m a little worried about food poisoning. The tacos had little meat and was drenched in too much sauce. The smoked meat meat was also drenched in too much sauce. The smoked beef should have been in brisket and shredded and moist because it was smoked so long. The burger was also flat compressed. Who ever owns this place needs to change everything on the menu and get a new chef. Google smoked meat BBQ sandwich and you will see how it was so off. Everything just horrible...

I came for its famous smoked beef but sadly it was unavailable. It's a bummer since It's during Ramadan and it wasn't even crowded at all, so it's weird that they sold out their signature dish. So I ordered Aromatic Smoked Chicken, and it's actually pretty good. The place looks nice but has a poor looking restroom. And the prayer room was so improper, and I found a dead rat in it! Clearly they don't care about cleanliness or hygiene, and that alone is not appealing for me...
