The place is beautifully decorated yet cozy. They have outdoor for smokers. If you like raw beef, go for beef carpaccio. Smoked salmon salad with thick slices of salmon is yummy! Their grilled baby calamari & aromatic tenderloin are very tender. When I found out their wood oven is imported from Japan & made from Mt. Fuji lava l ordered quatro formaggi pizza. And yes it’s 1 of the best I’ve tasted. If you want authentic risotto go for risotto mushroom. Of course right the chef is Italian. All their pasta is homemade & cooked aldente. I had rigatoni pork sausage which is creamy yet not too thick. Their sirloin steak is 27 days freeze dried hence it’s tastier & healthier. They imported from Italy a limited edition coffee machine (only 10 units worldwide) : La Victoria Arduino which heats up to 120C thus making your coffee tastier. Coffee lovers grab your treasure there! I had Vigneti Zabu Nero which looked kinda like cappuccino but more chocolatetier. If you prefer some alcohol then you should try spicy pepper passion or smoky penicillin. We had desserts: tiramisu, chocolate cake & their signature pistachio cream brûlée which is not too sweet but satisfies your sweet tooth. If you’re into jazz dine on Friday night with live band playing 8-11pm! The romantic jazz will unwind & relax you while enjoying...
Read moreAfter much consideration, I opted to celebrate my birthday dinner at Alba due to its favorable reviews. I made a reservation two days ahead, specifying the occasion, and was informed about the complimentary dessert for birthday celebrations, subject to terms and conditions.
The Quattro Formaggi pizza impressed with its harmonious blend of cheeses and a crust that struck the perfect balance between crispy and chewy. The Rigatoni Alla Norcina was richly flavorful and creamy, while the Cotolette di Pollo boasted well-seasoned and succulent meat.
On the other hand, in an establishment of Alba's caliber the service was disappointing. When I arrived, there was no host/greeter to welcome us, only a security guard was present. The staff was not attentive; I had to request a menu book and they didn't follow up on the birthday treat. Additionally, there was one waiter who served our main course and offered to clear the welcome bread plate. However, he picked it up and somehow only placed it on the other side of our table, which was amusing.
Overall, while I found the food to be satisfactory, I was disappointed by the service. Perhaps my expectations were overly optimistic, given the higher price range. Nonetheless, there is room for improvement in the...

The cocktail menu is superb and the food has authentic italian taste that the people need to taste
I really recommend the rigatoni pork sausage which has creamy sauce with a touch of truffle perfume and pistachio creme brulee ( you can really taste the velvety pistachio custard behind that layer of thin crackling caramel) The pizza is the authentic italian thin pizza style, crunchy with a little chew in it. Taglierini with crab 9/10 Rigatoni pork sausage 10/10 Pork Belly 9,5/10 Pistachio creme brulee 10/10 Prosciutto Brie Pizza 9,5/10
Overall really recommend for chilling or even...
